Where do you ship?

We ship to Europe. We use standard or specialized international couriers depending on the goods to be shipped. For all other destinations, write to us at info@chdgallery.com

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard Shipping takes about 5-7 business days during normal season. In December and June, shipping times may be longer. If the purchased goods are produced "to order" the production time indicated in each article must be added to the waiting time.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our supplier. If the item is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it.

Returns

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 8 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show any signs of wear or damage. Of course, if an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and we will refund the full cost of the item.

How should I proceed to make a return?

Considering that some products are particularly bulky and require special shipping, we have agreed with our suppliers that in the event of a return, it is necessary to write to us immediately at info@chdgallery.com indicating your name, surname, telephone number and order number, in order to organize the return of the goods at no cost if the return is due to damaged goods.
